Jill Poser - Director of Business Development
With almost 30 years in the design/fashion arena, Jill Poser has formed strategic
partnerships and relationships with numerous firms throughout the United
States and is uniquely poised to bring Aladdin Builders to the next level of business opportunity by drawing additional attention to its unique abilities and strengths.
Before joining Aladdin, Jill was one of the founding partners for the Flooring,
Kitchen and Bath Source in Deerfield Beach. In developing a business model
that included all aspects of renovation under one roof, Jill incorporated a trend
rapidly evolving in the marketplace: people wish to grow old gracefully and live
in their home as long as possible. In order to better provide elegant, safe and
modified interiors Jill received the Certified Aging in Place Specialist Designation
from the National Association of Home Builders via Builder University in 2008.
Additionally, Jill is a Kitchen and Bath Renovation Specialist.
Jill’s ability to identify synergy and build relationships creates additional
opportunities for Aladdin., as does her strong support of public relations
initiatives. She first learned how press coverage impacted a business’s success
after launching Lycra® technology into the marketplace for Calvin Klein Hosiery
and revolutionizing the industry.
Jill’s fast paced career began in 1980 as a yarn-dye stylist for WestPoint
Pepperell. For over a decade, her exposure to the many facets of the garment
industry laid the foundation for her to launch World Accents Incorporated in 1992.
An exclusive cast metal button and jewelry company, her clients included The
Walt Disney Company and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Always keen on
identifying trends, Jill evolved World Accents into a high-end decorative hardware
firm featuring cabinet and door hardware, and oversized pulls that were sold in
the most prestigious plumbing and hardware showrooms throughout the U.S. The
World Accents-Oversized Pull Collection received international attention when
Sub-Zero paired the pulls with its custom refrigeration panels.
Utilizing her strong background in sales, marketing and merchandising Jill
launched the jposergroup in 2002. She represented high-end plumbing and
hardware companies in South Florida and worked with the firms to develop new
distribution channels such as the hospitality and commercial markets exploding in
South Florida. She revamped the image of Liberty Hardware, the nation’s largest
decorative hardware company, and built them a strong presence with the national
media. In addition to developing storage and organization products for global
client Artek International, she was successful in landing them on the shelves of
the Home Depot.
Jill’s honors and achievements include design awards for the World Accents-
Hardware Collection for three consecutive years. She was awarded “Best of Show”
by Kitchen and Bath Business in 1999 and 2000, “Most Requested Company for
Luxury Decorative Hardware” by Kitchen and Bath Design News in 1999 and 2000,
the Design Journal’s prestigious ADEX-Platinum Award Best Designed Cabinet
Hardware in 2000 and her decorative hardware was featured in Better Homes and
Gardens Special Interest Publications as well as Women’s Day Special Interest
Publications from 1999 through 2001. In 2005, Jado Corporation presented her
with an award for her work in South Florida’s hospitality and commercial markets.
Because Jill believes strongly in a philanthropic corporate culture and feels a
responsibility to give back to the community at large, she has founded a 501c3
called “Athlete’s Attic.”

Joseph Lefflbine Sr.  Owner / President
Joseph Lefflbine Jr.  Owner /  Vice President
Joe Sr., an aging child of the Baby Boom, with a high energy level, who just loves to be around his family. So much so, he has helped create and run businesses involving his family for many years while living up north. Shortly after Joe Jr. moved to Florida, he convinced Joe Sr. to think about moving to Florida and starting a general contracting business. It seemed like the natural thing to do given the impact of all the tropical storms on the construction business in Florida. Although, it took awhile to start and build the business in Florida, Joe Sr. believes it was a good decision. All parts of this company bring their own level of expertise and experience to the business. Joe Sr. says that together we stand but devided we fall.  Rule #1 – customer is always right, Rule #2 – see rule #1
Joe Jr. who prefers to be called “JT”, a nickname given to him many years ago by friends, is a perfect fit for this business. He knows the construction business inside and out, as well he should, with over 20 years experience. Starting back in the 80’s, JT started a flooring company “TileRiffic”. This company was his opening into the world of construction. Following this company he was determined to learn all aspects of the building world by working for mostly all trades regarding construction, and so he did just that. Although, he can do it all, he is a master when it comes to stone. If you ask him what part of the business does he like best, I know he will say the bid process, so he can show off the cutting edge software products he has installed, along with his multi-tasking wall of computers.  Joe Sr. believes JT could become a “geek” soon. With JT’s experience, great smile, nice manner, personality and work ethic, Joe Sr. says it’s no wonder why the business is a success. One final thought. JT, along with the rest of the company, believe that a satisfied customer now, will pay greater dividends with repeat or word of mouth customers sometime in the future
Aladdin Builders is a family owned and operated general contracting business for many years. Their goal is to provide potential customers with a company that they can rely on to give them quality, timely and reasonably priced service that they are willing to stand behind. They really do care about their customers.
